Hospitality professional with over three years of experience in restaurant service and bartending, gained through restaurants and high-end events in Italy and abroad. After starting as a waiter and progressively taking on greater responsibilities in floor and service management, I expanded my career into bartending and operational support for private, corporate and luxury catering events, also handling event preparation and logistical organization. I am known for my empathetic and adaptable approach to guests, with a strong ability to read different personalities, moods and cultural contexts.
