I have gained experience in the Hospitality industry mostly ad a Head Waiter.. i had the chance to be responbile for À là carte service, banqueting operations,team cordination and supplier management. My latest experience allowed me to work in large-scale high-volume service such ad major sport venues or events.. Both of those experiences allowed me to develop leadership skills, strong organization abilities, problem solving skills and the capacity to mantain high service standard while being under pressure
