Passionate about my work and good at building and keeping the team-spirit. I’m a very open and warm person and enjoy working with people.
Working as a chef for the past five years, gave me a detailed insight into gastronomy and what is important to make a business work. I stay focused in stressful situations and get orders done quick and efficiently. With creativity and understanding of flavour I create new dishes and would love to use these skills in the development of drinks. Currently I’m working as a junior sous chef and chef de partie of the cold kitchen, which improved my ability to take over a lot of responsibility.
