As a Head Waitress, I developed strong customer service skills, ensuring personalized guest experiences and building client loyalty. I coordinated smoothly with team members to guarantee efficient service flow, maintained high standards of organization, and consistently contributed to optimizing sales through attentive upselling and tailored recommendations. As a Bartender, I was responsible for the full operation of the bar: preparing cocktails with speed and precision, handling cash management, overseeing stock control and inventory, and creating seasonal cocktail menus. My training at the European Bartender School (Grade B – 94%) provided me with solid technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of spirits, their production, and their history. Accustomed to high-pressure and high-volume service, I remain focused, efficient, and detail-oriented even during peak hours. I am organized, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to new environments while maintaining strong team communication.
