Hello Sir/Ma’am, I’m Kunal Singh Vedh and I’m from Delhi, India I completed my graduation from Delhi University after that I got my IBC Certification from EBS New Delhi. I’ve knowledge about preparing classic cocktails.
I’ve six month bar experience from The Deltin, Daman 5* hotel. I’ve learned many things from there which were related to smooth bar operations like :- •Maintained cleanliness of the bar counter, equipments or glassware. •I learned about different beverages and their presentation. •Other than this i know about how to use operating system for punching and billing as well. •I got appreciation by guests and managers while working.
