Passionate and creative, I am a cognac lover! I used to work in the cognac industry and help my parents at the wineyard in cognac. I am passionate about the world of spirits, their production, and their packaging.
I have not yet had the opportunity to work in an establishment to apply what I learned during my EBS training, but after waiting for the right moment to train, I am more than determined to work as a bartender.
