Worked for Novotel Dona Sylvia My experience (It will be long so I have wrote important parts like 20% out of 100%) - so on bar roaster i use to be one week in one bar or randomly located in any bar, so it has (3 bar outlets). I use to be key role in busy bar because of me during night shift busy bar we use to go around 11:30pm which will be around 12:30am (If I wasn’t in that bar) I as a newbie within 1 months was able to open and close 3 bar outlets based on everyday roaster Now graduated from EBS Knows 66+ cocktails (know’s how each cocktail taste) Knowledge and history of spirits Able to make cocktail without anyone help
