I have a passion for moving fast and efficiently in an exciting environment and I want to do my best in my position. I am open and willing to learn.
My experience at the EBS School has given me an incomparable wealth of knowledge about cocktails, history and how to actually conduct yourself behind a bar and function effectively. I am so grateful to them for it. As a creative and very musical person, I have a background in the entertainment industry in which I have been a stage performer and done a lot of independent work being hired for events to perform. I believe that my background combines perfectly with bartending and I can adapt easily.
