I graduated from a vocational high school specializing in hospitality and catering in France, which allowed me to work as a waiter. I have since grown professionally and developed a strong passion for bartending. My most recent experience was a 16-month position as a bartender at the 4-star Akena Hotel, where I was fully responsible for the bar. I also left my mark on the venue’s cocktail menu with several original creations.
