I am completely new to bartending. I know it's a negative point. But I can assure you I'll do my best to be operational as quickly as I can. I am 41 years old and I know exactly what I am looking for today. I am aware of my strengths and also of the areas where I still need to grow. For 17 years, I worked as a psychologist and trainer. I decided to change career because, after spending many years supporting people through very difficult situations, I now want to work in a more positive and lively environment. I still want to make people feel good — this time by creating a great experience at the bar. I may not have experience behind the bar yet, but I am highly motivated, disciplined and ready to put all my energy into learning as fast as possible. My goal is to become operational, reliable, and a real support for the team. I am a fast learner, proactive, and used to working under pressure while staying calm and friendly. I value teamwork and respect, and I know how important it is that everyone can count on each other during service. And, as a bonus, with my French accent and customer-oriented mindset, I bring a professional image and a distinctive presence that many guests enjoy.
