Hello, I'm Gonçalo.
I’m an enthusiastic and passionate bartender wanting to improve and to prove myself. I started to work at a very tender age so I developed a sense of responsibility and passion for the bar world very early in life.
In my path, I developed critical thinking working in places like Domes and Hilton where every detail mattered in order to allow a memorable experience. I count with several skills like fast serving, stock management and personalized service. Working in places like Lift rooftop in Portugal and Domes in Greece helped me grow my creativity and knowledge in spirits, wines and beers! Most recently I’ve been working as bar manager in Atlantica Dreams Resorts which made me grow professionally, getting into manage staff, schedules and beverage costs. I count to with a molecular mixology certificate and American bartender certificate. I have several masterclasses from diverse brands and themes, like Jonhnie walker, plantation and ultra freezing by Panda&Sons.
