Hello, I'm Edgar.



I’m a calm and friendly bartender with a strong passion for creating great drinks and even better guest experiences. I recently completed my training at the European Bartender School in Barcelona and currently work at Upstalsboom on Föhr, where I continue to develop my skills behind the bar. I enjoy combining solid cocktail craftsmanship with a touch of flair, always aiming to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests. For me, bartending is not just about making drinks – it’s about connecting with people and making their experience memorable. I’m especially interested in working in beach bars or hotel environments, where I can bring my positive energy, attention to detail, and love for hospitality to an international setting. Outside of bartending, I’m passionate about traveling, working out, and surfing – all things that keep me active, open-minded, and motivated. Signature drink: Ed’s Caribbean Sour
