I’m a Chilean who’s known for having a cheerful, positive, and hardworking attitude. If you treat me to a good Pisco Sour or a Gin Basil Smash, you’ll probably win my heart instantly.

Travelling the world and enjoying the sun, I want to work, learn, and become a world-class bartender. I have worked in bars in different countries, including Spain, Greece, and Australia, and I am open to discovering more. Working in a hostel bar in Greece was a particular highlight for me because it was my first time working in a hostel environment with so many different cultures. Guests often asked for different types of drinks and different ways of making them. Although it wasn’t extremely busy, there was constant activity, which meant there was never a dull night. My experience in Australia was also very rewarding. I worked in a small backpacker town full of energy and surrounded by beautiful beaches. It was exactly what I was looking for: following the summer, learning more about the bartender and waiter experience, and growing professionally. I had the opportunity to stay for a couple of years, improving my English and working in a fast-paced environment, which helped me become quicker and more efficient behind the bar. To continue my journey, I decided to move to Spain to find a place to live, settle down, and put into practice everything I have learned so far. Feeling the energy of Europe, experiencing the culture, and continuing to improve my bar knowledge is what motivates me. That is why I decided to be part of EBS, where I can learn, practice, and improve my skills in an area I am truly passionate about and have fallen in love with.
