I began my hospitality career with a hotel apprenticeship 12 years ago and progressed into leadership roles, including restaurant manager positions across three companies. I’ve led teams of up to 50 staff in high-volume environments and enjoy balancing hands-on service with structured operations. Known as dependable and calm under pressure, I focus on solving problems quickly and supporting a strong team performance. Alongside my hospitality career, I’m building a AI-focused company, focused on workflow optimization & costumer relations that strengthens my business mindset.
