Hello, I'm Manuel.
I love working behind the bar. I enjoy every moment of it. The more people there are in the bar, the more I shine behind it. I really enjoy talking to customers and I help maintain a friendly and fun atmosphere within the bar team.
I've been working as a head bartender for the past 2 years in a fine Villa Veneta. During this period I've learned many essential skills, then improved by the EBS course, such as: 1. Preparing and managing the bar: tools, garnish, glasses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 2. Working under pressure but always keeping a high quality service. 3. Customer managment, from recommending drinks to solving any issues with problematic customers. 4. Inventory managment: replenashing stock and preparing orders.
