during my experience in hospitality, i've had the opportunity to work from local venues in Italy to high-end and high-volume venues in Sydney. I started as a barback and quickly progressed to bartender, building strong foundations in cocktail preparation, organization, and service. My experience includes working in fine dining and rooftop bars, as well as international events like the Venice International Film Festival, where I delivered service to VIP guests in fast-paced settings. I’ve been involved in cocktail development, using techniques such as pre-batching, house-made ingredients, and flavor pairing. I’m used to working long hours under pressure while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication are key skills I bring to every role, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and continuous improvement.
