I bring a strong hospitality background built on 25 years of experience in sales, combined with hands-on service roles in both bartending and waiting. My time working as a waiter in a catering service company strengthened my ability to deliver high-quality service in fast-paced, detail-driven environments while staying calm, organized, and guest-focused. I’m currently employed as a bartender at Caipi Cocktailbar in Augsburg, Germany, where I combine professionalism, creativity, and genuine customer care behind the bar. My sales background allows me to understand people quickly, communicate effectively, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. As a frequent traveler across Asia, the U.S., and many European countries, I bring cultural awareness, adaptability, and a natural ease with diverse guests. I’m known for being reliable, empathetic, supportive, and a strong team player, with a clear focus on quality over quantity in every aspect of service.
