Hello, I'm Tomás Salvador.

I am from Caracas, Venezuela, although my family is also Italian. I am an outgoing, sociable and responsible person who tries to find the proper way to help others, both personally and professionally.

I worked for over 6 years in Sales and Customer Success, in different companies with different environments, from a company that prepared and held international academic programs, to startups for Tourism and Healthcare. During these times I've learned both how to serve and work alongside many types of people both alike and different to me, and work alongside and for peoples of different cultural backgrounds. I believe myself to be someone that loves connecting with customers, clientes and coworkers, as a way of improving the experiences people have with the products and brands I represent. While I do not (yet) have experience with being behind a Bar, I do have a lot of culinary knowledge due to my cooking, pastry and baking studies, that accompanied with what I've learned with EBS, has made me adept in adapting within culinary environments. My objective is to be able to work in a bar, serving people with a proper smile and attitude, while I continue to improve and prepare my skills both to be a great bartender, and a great pastry chef.
