“I’ve spent years growing with the service industry, starting out as a steward at Yaki in Pune—learning rhythm of floor, from setting tables and serving guests to understanding what hospitality truly means. My next stop was Westin resort in Mauritius, where I interned in the bakery department, overseeing the breakfast pastry and bakery spread. Guiding 4 other fellow interns under my wing taught me the value of leadership and precision in every detail. When I returned to India I rejoined yaki as a chef, moving from sushi and dim sum to the wok range—mastering flavours, timing and balance. Somewhere between heat of kitchen and craft of creation, I found my true calling the world of spirits and mixology. This passion led me to EBS where I began my next chapter — bringing a chefs creativity and discipline behind the bar.”
