Passionate about hospitality and coffee culture. With a background in Business Administration and years of experience in customer relations, I’m eager to start my journey in the coffee industry and deliver excellent service wherever I work.

Over the years, I’ve developed strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. My previous experience in sales and marketing taught me how to understand clients’ needs, build trust, and deliver exceptional service, qualities I’m now bringing to the hospitality industry.
