I’ve graduated high school in Lugano in Italian while working full time at a restaurant, tabla as a waiter/floor manager and have been involved in the business my whole life, I’ve taken part in the EBS mixology course in London in October 2025 and I’m about to start a bachelor’s program in hospitality and business management in February in Lausanne (EHL).
