Hello, I'm Léon.
I ´m a curious bartender i like to discover new things and learn everyday. I am very adaptive and with a strong team spirit .
Working as the head bartender in Auberge d’antan where we were using only spirits, vegetables, fruits and herbs from our region of Occitanie push me to create original things and work with local productor and season product. I used to be the captain of my football team younger so it teaches me team spirit and leadership .
