I consider myself one of those lucky people who can say that I didn't choose this job, but it chose me. I started working by chance at 19 years old in my parents' café and from there my career path began, to the point of pushing me to start my own bar/café business with a small restaurant attached at the age of 23. Thanks to the years I have spent as an owner, I have rediscovered my passion for studying; such as the coffee and latte art courses I attended, as well as self-taught language learning, which I plan to continue, in fact, in addition to the languages mentioned, I'm studying Russian. My commitment is to do my best to make the customer happy... who represents the true asset of the business. This is one of the greatest satisfactions I have had from this job and, very importantly, it has not only improved me as a bartender, but above all as a person who tries to connect with others.
