Hello, I'm Matthew.
I’ve recently moved to Manchester from Australia. I’ve decided to pursue a different career and I’m really interested in working on my skills and knowledge as a bartender, to meet new people and grow as a person.
I’ve recently completed the 4 week EBS London course which has given me a lot of knowledge and comfort behind the bar and making cocktails. I have worked in the skilled trade industry since I was 16, and although I’m still yet to work in an actual bar environment, I believe there are plenty of skills and general principles that are transferable from my previous experiences. I’m a fast learner and hard worker and really want to excel in this new career choice.
