I worked for two years in a cocktail bar in Versailles. I held the position of head bartender and head of the dining area in the last year. I learned there how to create a cocktail menu, as well as how to manage inventory, reservations, customer demands, etc. This bar experience, combined with my training, allowed me to feel comfortable and confident both behind the bar and in the dining area.
