My previous experiences and background have taught me to learn quickly, stay focused under pressure, and handle unexpected situations with confidence. I always aim to act ethically and create warm, enjoyable interactions with guests. I look forward to gaining new experiences, meeting new people, and taking on new challenges. I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, B2/C1 in English and conversational in German (currently learning and improving) and Italian.
