They say Germans are serious – I only get serious about making great drinks. Even though I was born in Bavaria and raised on good beer, I’m now trying to serve world-class cocktails.
My previous experience in hospitality taught me how to handle stressful situations without ever showing it to the guest. I stay calm on the outside, quick on the inside, and always serve with a smile. I enjoy connecting with guests, working as part of a team, and creating great moments behind the bar.
