Working as a barback in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment strengthened my ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy. I demonstrated excellent teamwork, communication and stress management skills during high-volume service. This experience also provided me with a solid foundation in mixology and expanded my knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, all while ensuring disciplined stock control and upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards. Working as a seasonal bartender at a busy vibrant beachfront venue, further enhanced my bartending technique and confidence behind the bar while delivering attentive, high-quality service to both local and international guests. It also sharpened my adaptability and problem-solving abilities, as well as my capacity to engage with guests and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
