Hello, I'm Ileana.

Dynamic, empath junior bartender from Italy who has a soft spot for mezcal. I have a proactive, hard-working mindset, my goal is to grow in the bartending industry. In my free time I enjoy travelling, surfing and take pictures.

While working in a luxury hotel I learned to work fast and efficiently with attention to the detail, I improved my knowledge of mixology, my adaptability and my organisation skills during very busy shifts; I also worked in a beach club for a summer season, this allowed me to greatly increase my customer facing skills, my serving skills and my team working abilities; What I appreciate the most about this job is the chance I have to express myself and connect with people from different cultures.
