Hello, I'm Emil.
My name is Emil, I’m a 24-year-old bartender and student based in Vienna. I’d describe myself as a friendly, reliable, and professional person with a passion for boozy, smoky cocktails.
During most of my studies, I worked almost exclusively in the service industry. Over the past year, I developed a strong passion for cocktails and spirits and graduated from EBS Copenhagen in August 2025. While I spent most of my service years as a waiter, I took every opportunity to gain experience behind the bar. Now I have decided to take the next step and fully pursue my passion for cocktails by working as a bartender. I am eager to keep learning, growing, and gaining valuable experiences in my future role. During my EBS course, I also rediscovered my love for traveling, and I am open to relocating in order to broaden my horizons and create lasting memories.
