Before discovering my passion for crafting cocktails, I spent five years working in and learning about film; organisation and communication are drilled into you more than anything else in that environment. Being able to develop these qualities to such a high level so early on allowed me to transition into bar work quickly, and I continue to apply this knowledge and improve every shift. Having worked 3 years in hospitality and 4 years on film sets/studios, I know exactly how to provide and maintain a high level of customer service regardless of my endeavour. My main goals are now focused on mixology and cocktails; I continue to develop and perfect my craft on the bar, taking every shift as an opportunity to learn and a chance to help another customer leave with a smile on their face
