Hello, I'm Laurenz James.

I love extending my knowledge of bartending and creatively improving a cocktail and the guest experience. I’m also passionate about the origins and stories of different cocktails.

I recently finished school and went right away to EBS. Unfortunately I did not have the time to work the bar industry yet, because I played fieldhockey. My Team and I one the German championship three times in a row which at least taught me how to act calm and efficient under pressure, especially with a lot of eyes on you. I am a fast and enthusiastic learner and I am looking forward to working with you.
