I am loyal, hard working, courteous and punctual. Able to communicate well with customers and make them feel at home and relaxed. I can give cocktail and drinks advise when asked and make recommendations whenever customers are not sure
I have worked in numerous bars, restaurants and hotels in Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire from 2011 to date. During this time I have gained a lot of experience in customers habits, requirements and expectations. I have always preferred the cocktail scene and have endeavoured to learn from others before. I wanted to take this more professional so attended the EBS course and obtained my Diploma in Mixology. I am very conscious of customers needs and the changing expectations within the hospitality business and have been able to adapt to all scenarios and challenges presented.
