I started working from a young age in my family’s butcher business, where I was involved in customer service and operations preparing orders and sometimes guiding team members. This experience helped me grow personally and develop skills in organization, leadership, and communication. Later, I worked at Montage Big Sky, a mountain resort in the U.S. My main role was housekeeping, but I also had the chance to assist at Beartooth, one of the resort’s restaurants. While I wasn’t a server, I supported the service team, gaining hands-on experience in restaurant dynamics, customer interaction, and teamwork under pressure. These experiences have built a strong foundation that I now bring with enthusiasm to the hospitality industry, especially in restaurants and behind the bar.
