

Hello, I'm Lucas.
Kentucky-born cocktail enthusiast with a love for bourbon, a sharp palate, and a global perspective.
Before stepping behind the bar, I spent nearly a decade working in fast-paced corporate environments, leading digital strategy and customer experience for global brands. During that time, mixology became my creative outlet and my way to decompress—whether I was experimenting with cocktails at home or seeking out the best bars in every city I visited. This passion ultimately led me to formalize my training at EBS Paris and pursue a career in bartending. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a strong work ethic to every team I join, and I’m excited to keep learning behind the bar. I am able to serve guests in English, Chinese or Korean and some limited French.
