Bartending has given me a masterclass in entrepreneurial leadership, from building a business from scratch to leading teams with empathy. I get the most satisfaction from the strategic side: developing unique and profitable cocktail menus. My passion is guiding my team for excellent customer tending, passing on not just advanced bartending techniques but a sixth sense for anticipating customer needs.
