Professional passionate about hospitality and cocktail bars, driven by the constant desire to take on new challenges and grow in international environments. My training as an international bartender not only strengthened my technical knowledge in mixology, but also consolidated my focus on service excellence, attention to detail and the creation of memorable experiences for each client. Throughout my work experience - including my participation in the opening and consolidation of teams in dynamic and multicultural environments such as Joe & The Juice in Mexico - I have developed a strong work ethic based on discipline, responsibility and perseverance. Working with international teams allowed me to perfect my communication in English, quickly adapt to different leadership styles and understand the importance of standardization and working under pressure. I am characterized by my energy, social skills and ability to genuinely connect with people, qualities that I consider essential in the hospitality industry. I am meticulous in execution, resilient to challenges and committed to continuous improvement, always seeking to elevate both my performance and the customer experience.
