I am a curious, reliable, and warm person with a strong sense of service. After a first experience working in a coffee chain, I spent a year and a half working in a hotel, where I held various positions: day receptionist, night receptionist, and reservations agent. These roles helped me develop valuable skills such as stress management, organizational abilities, adaptability, and a real commitment to customer service. I recently built on this experience by completing the EBS barista training course, where I gained solid knowledge in espresso extraction, coffee drink preparation, latte techniques, hygiene, and workstation management. I’m especially passionate about the barista profession because it combines technical precision, attention to detail, and creativity. Making coffee is much more than a mechanical gesture—it’s a moment of connection, a sensory experience, and care poured into every cup. I love being able to connect with customers through something as simple yet comforting as coffee, turning a daily routine into a small moment of joy. It’s also a profession that is constantly evolving, offering endless opportunities to learn, experiment, and refine both technique and taste. Working in a café feels like the perfect environment for me: I enjoy the fast-paced rhythm, the constant interaction with customers, and the attention to detail needed to create a welcoming and high-quality experience. Additionally, my year in a French literature prep school taught me to work with rigor, organize my ideas, and remain curious and open-minded. A passionate reader, music lover, traveler—and of course, coffee enthusiast—I’m looking to join a café where I can bring my skills to a friendly, vibrant setting, while continuing to grow and develop as a barista.
