2 years experience as a head bartender and bar manager. I was responsible for the creation of our establishment's entire cocktail menu as well as the training of new staff. I am used to long hours of fast paced word and constant geust interactions from all over the globe. I take pride in professionalism, accuracy and consistency. In the an ever changing cocktail and drink landscape, I aim to keep the bar high.
