Hi there! I’m Coraline, a passionate and dynamic barmaid from France with a strong background in hospitality and a real love for the art of service. I trained at the European Bartender School in Phuket, where I developed solid skills in mixology, bar organization, and team rhythm. Thanks to several years working in diverse restaurant environments from bustling Parisian brasseries to seasonal spots in the French Alps I’ve learned to thrive under pressure, stay organized, and always deliver service with a smile. I speak French (native), English, and Spanish fluently, and I bring positive energy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for creating great customer experiences whether behind the bar or on the floor.
