

Hello, I'm Luis Henrique.
My name is Luis Henrique dos Santos Sousa. I recently completed the EBS bartender course and have a strong passion for hospitality. I enjoy communicating with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing excellent service.
I have practical experience working as an apéro ski bartender during the winter season, as well as in a 4-star hotel as a service worker. These roles have taught me to work efficiently under pressure, handle stressful situations calmly, and solve problems quickly to ensure guests have a positive experience. I pride myself on my strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills. I enjoy connecting with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally,always eager to learn and grow in my role.
