Hello, I'm Daniela.
Curious, friendly, creative and very responsible person starting in the cocktails world after completing the EBS international bartender intensive course.
I'm a multilingual and curious professional with a passion for hospitality, people, and creating meaningful experiences. After working in HR, customer service, and international seasonal jobs, I’ve developed a wide range of transferable skills—from team coordination and problem-solving to communication and adaptability—that I now bring behind the bar. Recently, I completed an intensive bartender training in Mallorca, where I discovered how much I enjoy the energy of the bar, the creativity of mixology, and the connection with guests. I work well under pressure, stay calm during busy hours, and love being part of a team that supports each other. With experience in multicultural environments, fluency in Spanish, English, and French (plus basic Russian), and a strong service mindset, I’m excited to grow in the world of hospitality and keep learning every day.
