If my first experience in Belgium taught me anything, it’s that hospitality is a beautiful profession—one that requires seriousness and discipline, but without ever taking myself too seriously. I'm naturally positive and caring, and I have a real passion for bartending. I love the idea that our role is to create moments where others have a great time. I believe this goal is achieved through strong team cohesion. There’s always something to learn from a new professional experience or from colleagues, and I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned in return. I’m also observant and attentive, which allows me to quickly adapt and feel comfortable behind a new bar. I’m equally skilled in service as backbar operations, and I value good relationships with both customers and coworkers. That said, I know there’s still a vast world to explore when it comes to cocktails and mixology, and I’m eager to keep learning and perfecting my craft.
