I enjoy making customers feel genuinely welcome and believe that great hospitality comes from paying attention to the small details that people don't always expect. Those moments are often what turn a good visit into a memorable one.

I've always enjoyed working in customer-facing environments where no two days are the same. What I enjoy most about bartending is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, work as part of a team, and help create an atmosphere that customers remember. I recently completed an intensive four-week bartending programme at the European Bartender School, where I learned the preparation methods and ingredients for 50 cocktail recipes, alongside professional bar service techniques and responsible alcohol service. Since then, I've continued to build on those skills whenever possible, including assisting behind the bar at a busy family-run Italian restaurant in London to refresh my knowledge in a live hospitality environment. Before moving into bartending, I worked in high-volume hospitality at both Manchester City and Manchester United stadiums, where I learned how to stay calm, organised, and provide excellent customer service during extremely busy events. I also worked as an Outbound Sales Advisor for O2, which strengthened my communication skills, confidence, and ability to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds. From 2022 to 2026, I ran my own business supplying hospitality and catering equipment to bars and restaurants. That experience taught me the importance of professionalism, reliability, and building long-term relationships through great service. It also gave me a strong work ethic and the confidence to take responsibility and solve problems independently. I take pride in being approachable, dependable, and someone who enjoys contributing positively to a team. I'm always keen to learn from experienced bartenders, continue improving my skills, and deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
