Hello, I'm Evangelos Loukas.
I am a highly trained and motivated individual, with immense emotional intelligence, very serious and professional. I love acquiring knowledge, meeting new people and serving a guest exactly what they would fall in love with in a glass.
Besides my 99.2% Basic Bartending degree at EBS, I also have a Basic Bartending diploma from The Bar Institute (Thessaloniki) with an A, a HACCP certification for handling foods and similar items, attended lots and different kinds of seminars for the Hospitality Industry and have degrees in WSET Level 2 Wines, Level 2 Spirits, Level 1 BSA, Level 1 Sake all in Distinction. I plan to acquire more of them like my Level 3 in Wines in 2026, Level 3 in Spirits by 2027 and Court of Sommeliers Level 2 by 2027-28 as well. I also have attended a Beer and Food Pairing seminar. I also love extreme sports like Sky Diving, Bungee Jumping, Scuba Diving, Rafting and Hiking just for the love of the game.
