I am always eager to learn new things and to be part of friendly and encouraging teams. I thrive in challenging environments where proper guidance and clarity on goals is provided. I am constantly trying to optimize processes.

I am a software and electronics engineer with a deep passion for gastronomy and mixology. I have taken courses in both areas, and I have applied several of my learnings in my daily cooking, especially when having guests over to my place. While I have not had food services work, my software development experience has given me a profound understanding on the importance of having clear objectives and an useful labor division, with a clear understanding of what each individual's role are. Otherwise, the product will not be delivered on time or it will not fulfill the expected standards or will be missing deliverables. I think this understanding is even more important and noticeable for the daily operations of a bar/restaurant. I am also taking a Social Psychology course, which has given me a better understanding on how people behave and why they do it. This has proven to be useful when trying to establish a connection with other people and for conflict resolution, both in my personal and professional life. I have no doubt that this will be beneficial for the service industry
