I’m a friendly and creative colombian/spanish bartender with an amazing passion for classic cocktails at Last Word style.
I’m a Barcelona-based, EBS-certified bartender with experience in craft cocktail bars, restaurants and nightlife venues, including Head Bartender positions. I’m calm, organized and efficient behind the bar, with a strong focus on cleanliness, consistency and maintaining a smooth service. I enjoy understanding each guest’s preferences and recommending drinks that genuinely suit their tastes and expectations. I believe a cocktail should only leave the bar when it reaches the flavour profile it is meant to have. I’m a reliable and committed bartender who enjoys working as part of a team, learning from experienced people and continuously improving my skills. I’m now looking to join a professional team in Barcelona where quality, hospitality and the fundamentals of cocktail craft are genuinely respected.
