Starting off my work experience in 2018 • 3 Years Service Apprenticeship at Romantik Hotel Stafler, South Tyrol (Italy) Completed a comprehensive training in hospitality, specializing in guest service and fine dining in a 4-star superior hotel. • 3 Years at Vinzenz zum feinen Wein, Sterzing (Italy) Gained experience in wine service, customer relations, and high-quality restaurant operations. • EBS Phuket – Attending in April 2025 Enrolled in a professional bartending and mixology course at the European Bartender School in Phuket. • Currently working in the family business: B&B and Bar “Der Bircher” Handling daily operations, guest service, bar management, and event organization in a family-run hospitality setting.
