As a baker i've had the opportunity to work in Italy, Norway and New York doing shifts that were both challenging and highly rewarding, I chose to complete a specialized course to pursue my goal of becoming a bartender with strong technical skills, a focus on service quality and a good knowledge of the bartending world in general
