I built up a café in my home town from scratch and successfully managed it to become a well-run business. In the three years I worked there, I was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations. This included creating work schedules, preparing meals and, of course, direct service. We attached great importance to a friendly atmosphere and clean premises, which is why we always tidied up together in the evening and closed the café. It was an exciting time in which I was not only able to demonstrate my organizational talent and service skills, but also build up a loyal clientele and lead the café to success. I currently work in an upscale bar where I bring my expertise and experience to a demanding environment. I enjoy interacting with the guests, appreciate a professional approach and contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere.
