In all my work experiences i ve always enjoyed interacting with customer. At the bar like at "Intra Muros" at Nivelles i love chatting with customers helping them find the ideal drink and surprising them with unique suggestion. When i work in restaurant i love to working with the kitchen to create unique pairings of dishes with beers or cocktails for a memorable guest experience. When i am in a private club as at Royal golf club Waterloo ive liked to create perfects and luxury cocktails with X.O cognacs use differents methods as the fatwash or make my cordials.
